Intimation regarding assignment of Joint Development Rights/Marketing Rights pertaining
to 4 acres area out of total 16.819 acres falling under License No. 16 of 2010 dated
16.02.2010 being developed as Group Housing at Sector 76, Gurugram
Dear Sir/Madam,
It is hereby informed that we M/s. Ninex Developers Limited has obtained in-principle approval vide
Memo No. LC-1081-II/JE(RK)/2024/40014 dated 17.12.2024 from Directorate of Town & Country
Planning, Haryana (DTCP) for assignment of Joint Development Rights/Marketing Rights in favor of
Corona Buildcon Private Limited, pertaining to 4 Acre area out of total 16.819 Acres under License No.
16 of 2010 dated 16.02.2010 at Sector-76, Gurugram,
The Development under the said assignment shall be known as project “Corona Gracieux” wherein
the Assignee M/s. Corona Buildcon Private Limited has developed Tower A1, B1, C1, D1, E1 and
corresponding EWS etc.
A public notice to this effect has been published on 23rd December 2024 in newspapers namely
1. The Tribune (English daily)
2. Indian Express (English daily)
3. Jansatta (Hindi daily)
Accordingly, if any allotee has objection, to this assignment of joint development rights/marketing
rights, limited to adverse effect to their rights such objections may be filed in the office of Senior Town
Planner, Gurugram at Sector 14, Gurugram, Haryana within 30 days from the date of this letter i.e. up
to 25th January, 2025.
It is further stated that an intimation to all allotees of Ninex City, Sec-76, Gurugam has already been
sent in compliance of the same.
